OSDC Publication Agreement
1. OSDC will publish this paper
This agreement is between the author(s) of the submitted work and the Open Source Developers' Conference (OSDC). OSDC will publish this work in print and electronic formats, separately and in a collection of other papers.
2. Copyright is the author's
Copyright will be attributed to the author(s). The author(s) are granting OSDC license to publish the work for free distribution in all formats printed and electronic.
3. There is no unlawful material
The author(s) assure OSDC that the material contained in the paper is not defamatory, unlawful, obscene, invasive of another person's privacy, hateful, racially or ethnically objectionable, abusive, threatening, harmful or in contempt of court, and undertake to indemnify OSDC against any claims which may be made in situations where material is considered to be any of these things, or has any of these effects.
4. There is no infringement of the copyright of others
The author(s) assure OSDC that the paper is based entirely on original material, that it does not infringe anybody else's copyright, and that the author(s) have the right to license copyright to OSDC.
5. The author(s) agree to publication
By submitting their paper for publication, the principal author (the person who has submitted the paper) will accept the terms and conditions of this agreement. In the case of multiple authorship, the principal author guarantees OSDC that they have provided the other authors with a copy of the text for their checking, and that they have all agreed to the terms of this agreement.
